“Yoga has been my sanctuary, a haven where I've found solace and strength. Through dedicated practice, I've cultivated a deep connection to myself and the world around me. It's more than physical postures; it's an intimate journey inward, a quest for understanding and wholeness. I believe in the transformative power of yoga to heal, inspire, and empower.”

My Yoga

One of the greatest yoga teachers of our times B.K.S. Iyengar said that yoga is a mirror to look at ourselves from within.

I’m no guru, but I’m fairly confident if you quiet down those 10000 voices in your head, you will discover one right there within yourself. I’m here to invite you to a safe practice of breath and movement that will empower you to look within, connect with yourself and recognise your own inner teacher.

Through my yoga journey I have discovered aspects of my being that I lost touch with long ago. I can say with certainty that this was the most important discovery of my life. It was through the movement of my body and stillness of my mind, I have found the path to my true self, the path I now want to share with you.

For me, yoga is the art of seeing beyond, it is the art of waking up.

My Journey

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 8 years now. Moving to London, changing jobs, being disillusioned by the world of new opportunities, I started looking for something more meaningful. Something that went beyond social statuses, physical appearances, and limitations of our monkey minds. That’s when I discovered yoga. This beautiful practice transformed my life.

Coming from the Social Work background, I’ve always been passionate about helping people to find new ways of dealing with life’s struggles. In my personal search I’ve found yoga as one of the most powerful tools that together with a compassionate outlook, can form a highly contemplative approach to changing our lives. I’ve soon found myself travelling to India where I’ve completed my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course which was the first out of many steps towards sharing my newly discovered passion with the world.

Coming back to London put everything I’ve learned in India into perspective. I was given an opportunity to start teaching classes and at the same time to continue with deepening my self-practice and my knowledge about this ancient discipline. In the western world, we have just taken one part of a whole yoga lifestyle and mostly use it as a form of exercise. What I hope for you to find out is that yoga is not just a workout for your body, but rather a sacred and ancient healing practice for the mind and soul.
