My Path
My journey of self-inquiry began over a decade ago when I moved to London. Overwhelmed by the chaos of a bustling city and the search for meaning beyond social status, yoga became my turning point, transforming not only my perspective but my entire way of living.
With my background in Social Work, I’ve always been driven to support others through life’s challenges. Discovering yoga added a new dimension to this journey, enhancing my self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Through its practice, I began to uncover aspects of myself that had been buried under layers of distraction and expectation. Yoga gently brought me back to my essence, reconnecting me with a sense of wholeness I didn’t realize I had lost.
This journey has taught me that the most meaningful path we can walk is the one that leads inward—into the heart of the heart. It’s a path that requires courage to strip away illusions, societal masks, and self-imposed limitations, revealing the raw and unvarnished truth of who we are. It’s a journey of honesty: liberating, challenging, and endlessly rewarding.
Today, I see myself as an explorer, a student of life, and a seeker of truth. My work is grounded in the belief that we are here to remember—to reconnect with the wisdom, love, and authenticity that reside within each of us. I am dedicated to walking this path of raw, naked truth and supporting others as they embark on their own journeys toward self-discovery and wholeness.

Each modality is a gateway, offering a unique path inward—a quest for understanding, healing, and wholeness.
The path is everywhere—in the power of breath, the frequency of sound, the embodied movement, and the healing presence of touch—flowing beyond, through all that connects us. By weaving these practices together, I embrace the unique rhythms and needs of each individual, creating a space where transformation unfolds organically. Like the ebb and flow of breath, they offer both grounding and expansion, working in harmony to inspire growth, awaken inner power, and guide us toward a deeper, more authentic sense of being.
